Hi, I’m Ryan. I believe therapy begins with a strong, trusting relationship between therapist and client. My role is to create a warm, supportive space where you can be honest, feel respected, and explore what is happening in your life without fear of judgment.
I see therapy as a collaborative process. You are the expert on your own experience, and I bring curiosity, compassion, and professional guidance to help you better understand yourself, your relationships, and the patterns that may be affecting your life. Together, we can develop an approach that feels comfortable, practical, and meaningful for you.
My personal experiences have shaped the way I understand identity, belonging, relationships, and change. I’m from the United States and have lived in Mumbai, Seoul, and Antwerp. I’m also in an intercultural marriage and am raising third-culture children. These experiences have given me a personal understanding of the challenges and possibilities of living between cultures, adapting to new environments, and creating a sense of home in more than one place.
As a parent of a neurodivergent child and someone with ADHD myself, I also bring personal experience of neurodiversity to my work. While these experiences inform my perspective, I recognize that every person’s story is different. I approach each client with openness and respect for their individual needs, identity, and circumstances.
I work with individuals, couples, and teens who may be going through a difficult time, navigating a transition, or looking for a deeper understanding of themselves and their relationships. My approach is attentive to each person’s goals and context, including the ways culture, family, relocation, and neurodiversity can influence how we experience the world and connect with others.
My goal is to make therapy feel approachable, collaborative, and relevant to your life. Whether you are seeking support for yourself, your relationship, or your teen, I would be glad to begin with a conversation about what brings you to therapy and what you hope to find from the experience.
I hold a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, a Master of Social Work, and a Master of Business Administration. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Georgia and have completed Level 2 training in the Gottman Method for relationship therapy.
