Therapy Services
Therapy can look different depending on what brings you in. Our work will be shaped around your concerns, goals, and the pace that feels right for you.

Individual Therapy
Individual therapy offers dedicated time to focus on your experiences and what you want to understand or change. We might explore emotional patterns, relationships, identity, major life decisions, or the impact of stress and transition.

Sessions may include reflection, conversation, skill-building, and developing practical strategies you can use between sessions. The goal is not simply to talk about what is difficult, but to help you gain clarity and move forward with greater intention.

Couples Therapy
Couples therapy focuses on the patterns that develop between partners. Rather than placing blame, we will work to understand the cycle you may be caught in and create more productive ways of communicating and responding to one another.

Our work may include addressing recurring conflict, rebuilding trust, navigating cultural or family differences, and strengthening emotional connection. Both partners will have space to be heard while working toward shared goals for the relationship.

Therapy for Teens
Therapy gives teens a private, supportive space to talk about what they are experiencing and develop a better understanding of themselves. Sessions may focus on anxiety, stress, self-esteem, friendships, family relationships, identity, school, or other concerns.

I aim to build trust gradually and at a pace that feels comfortable. When working with teens, I also communicate with parents or caregivers about the general focus of treatment while respecting the teen’s privacy and independence.

What to Expect
We will begin by discussing what has brought you to therapy and what you hope will be different. From there, we will identify priorities and develop a plan for our work together. That plan may evolve as your needs change.

Therapy is not a fixed program. Some sessions may focus on understanding patterns or emotions, while others may involve practicing communication, considering different perspectives, or identifying steps you can take between sessions.

My role is to offer perspective, support, and professional guidance while working with you—not to tell you what you should do. The aim is to help you develop greater clarity, self-awareness, and confidence in navigating your life and relationships.

Because coverage varies, please contact your insurance provider directly to confirm your eligibility and reimbursement options. Payment is due at the time of service.

Payment may also be made using eligible FSA or HSA funds. All fees are listed in U.S. dollars.
